Ondřej began his professional career at the BBH law firm and, before joining the Bříza & Trubač law firm, worked for almost 5 years at the Skils law firm. Ondřej gained a wide range of professional experience in the fields of energy, taxes, accounting, real estate, insolvency, and executions.

Ondřej has extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in transactional matters. He has been involved in a variety of significant, often billion-dollar, cross-border transactions, including the entry of a strategic investor into Kiwi.com, the sale of ČEZ Group's assets in Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, and Poland, acquisitions of several European companies in modern energy services, the establishment of a joint venture between Australian company EMH and ČEZ Group for lithium mining in Cínovec, the acquisition of Wüstenrot companies operating in the Czech financial market by Moneta Money Bank, the preparation of the merger of Air Bank and Moneta Money Bank, and many other significant transactions in the banking and energy markets. Ondřej also has experience in legal matters related to energy trading, which he gained during his time at the EPH group and later utilized in advising ČEZ Group on the divestment of the largest onshore wind farms in Europe. Additionally, Ondřej provided advice to several leading financial institutions in the field of capital market law, including bond financing.
