Our philosophy
We like to think that we belong amongst companies who care that their actions have some specific meaning and benefits, that their service (product) brings real added value to the client and supports him in his activities and business.

The main points of our philosophy can be summarized as follows:
Clear and motivational financial arrangement
While the per-hour rate remains necessary in certain situations, we believe that in most cases it is possible to agree upon a firm, and therefore foreseeable fee for a given service. Alternatively, it is possible to set a payment limit (cap) or another arrangement which will make the client at least roughly see how much he/she will pay and, most importantly, what he/she will receive for the money invested. We definitely prefer motivational fee arrangements in the area of disputes, with us receiving the key part of the fees only after a successful dispute resolution.
Unique specialisation
We like to focus on those areas where we perceive the greatest added value of our services and where we consider ourselves to be one of the best law firms in the Czech market. In addition to the traditional commercial law areas, we are able to provide services in the fields the knowledge of which is exceptional and for the coverage of which it is often very difficult to find law firms capable to process them on an at least average level, not to speak about the level of excellence.
