Attorney
Martin Bareš is an attorney at Bříza & Trubač. His practice focuses primarily on transactions, real estate law, tax disputes and energy law. He advises Czech and international clients on acquisitions and restructurings, energy and real estate projects, and also represents them in tax disputes.
Before joining Bříza & Trubač, he worked as a trainee lawyer at EY Law and CLAY & PARTNERS. He also gained experience at leading Czech law firms during his studies.
