JUDr. Markéta Tkadlecová [Polendová]
Attorney
Markéta Tkadlecová is an attorney at Bříza & Trubač. Her practice focuses on dispute resolution, private international law, European Union law, contract law and family law. She provides legal advice to Czech and international clients, particularly in matters involving an international element. She regularly publishes professional articles and was actively involved in prestigious international moot court competitions during her studies, first as a winner and later as a coach.
Before joining Bříza & Trubač, she gained experience at PRK Partners and the law office of Mgr. Jan Kubica. She also completed an internship in the civil division of the District Court in Rokycany and worked as a paralegal at Bříza & Trubač during the final year of her studies.
