JUDr. Marta Zavadilová, Ph.D.

Partner

Marta Zavadilová is a partner at Bříza & Trubač. Her practice focuses on private international law, cross-border dispute resolution, family and inheritance law, and European Union law. She provides legal advice to Czech and international clients, particularly in international family disputes, cross-border inheritance proceedings and other matters involving an international element. Alongside her legal practice, she serves as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Law, Charles University, regularly publishes in the field of private international law and is a member of the International Academy of Family Lawyers.

Before joining Bříza & Trubač, she spent more than 15 years at the Ministry of Justice, where she held senior positions in the field of international and European civil law.
