Past working experience

Martina is an attorney-at-law at Bříza & Trubač. Prior to joining Bříza & Trubač, Martina worked as an associate at Giese & Partner, then for almost 5 years as an associate and then attorney-at-law at KPMG Legal. She also completed Legal Trek at KPMG office in Stuttgart. Before joining Bříza & Trubač, Martina worked as an attorney-at-law at FINREG PARTNERS. Martina also gained further experience during a number of student internships at domestic and international law firms, including a three-month Erasmus+ internship at a law firm in Dresden.

Her legal practice focuses on corporate law, corporate transformations, transactional and contractual matters and procedural tax law. In the area of corporate law, Martina has extensive experience not only in the establishment and administration of business companies, but also in complex corporate restructurings, domestic and cross-border corporate transformations, acquisitions, legal due diligence for both Czech and foreign clients, and tax disputes.
