Anna Kottasová is an attorney in permanent cooperation with Bříza & Trubač. Her practice focuses primarily on financial market regulation, compliance, personal data protection and tax disputes. She provides legal advice mainly to financial institutions and other regulated entities, which she represents, among other matters, in licensing proceedings before the Czech National Bank. She also assists clients with setting up compliance processes and with AML and GDPR matters. Her practice further includes representing clients during tax audits and in subsequent court proceedings. Before joining Bříza & Trubač, she worked at FINREG PARTNERS, Deloitte Legal and KPMG Legal.
