Attorney

Markéta Kořínková is an attorney at Bříza & Trubač. Her practice focuses primarily on dispute resolution, restructuring and insolvency, compliance and data protection, and transactions. She represents Czech and international clients in civil and commercial disputes before courts and arbitral tribunals and provides legal advice in insolvency proceedings and incidental disputes. She also has extensive experience in disputes involving unfair competition, intellectual property protection and contractual relationships. She advises Czech and international companies across a wide range of industries. Before joining Bříza & Trubač, she spent more than eight years at Havel, Holásek & Partners.
