Bříza & Trubač team expanded by three new members

Martin Bareš, attorney-at-law and associates Anna Kalašnikovová and Kristián Hajduk became new members of the firm.

Martin, a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Charles University, focuses his practice primarily on transactions, restructurings, and insolvencies, as well as disputes and contract law. He speaks English and passed the bar exam last year.

In addition to graduating from at the Faculty of Law at Charles University, Anna has also studied at McGill University in Canada and since 2020 has been a coach of the UK Law School team in the largest international private law competition Willem C. Vis Moot Competition. She focuses on transactions, litigation and contract law and speaks English.

Kristián graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno and previously worked as a legal assistant and associate at a leading Czech law firm. He focuses among other matters on corporate law, contract law and transactions and speaks English.
