Ondřej Trubač about the New Tax Law Amendment

In January next year, a new Tax Law Amendment shall enter into force. This Amendment will bring, among other things, a decrease of the interest on late payment by six per cent.
On October 2, Ondřej Trubač, our partner and member of the platform Rozumné právo, gave his comments regarding tax sanctions to Hospodářské noviny. In the article, he mentioned that “The state should primarily differentiate between cases of intentional tax fraud and negligence mistakes done by taxpayers.”
