Mgr. Barbora Paclíková

Partner

Barbora Paclíková is a partner at Bříza & Trubač. Her practice focuses on transactional advisory, corporate and employment law, compliance, and intergenerational wealth transfer through trust funds and foundation funds. She provides legal advice to Czech and international clients, particularly in the areas of corporate law, transactions and the structuring of corporate arrangements. She also regularly lectures and publishes, primarily on employment law, compliance, and trust and foundation funds.

She has been with Bříza & Trubač since 2017, when she joined as an associate. Before that, she gained professional experience during her studies at Havel, Holásek & Partners (now Havel & Partners) and bnt attorneys-at-law.

In her practice, Barbora focuses on corporate law, corporate governance, and related transactional advisory services, where she has collaborated on extensive transaction negotiations, the preparation of transaction documentation, and related legal due diligence. In terms of corporate law, Barbora provides comprehensive services to both Czech and international clients, ranging from representation in registry proceedings to the establishment of branch offices and companies, and the setup of extensive corporate structures. Additionally, Barbora is also involved in labor law, where she engages in both lecturing and publishing activities.

Recently, in the field of transactional advisory, she participated in providing legal services to a client – the seller in the sale of a 100% stake in the Včelka group, the largest Czech provider of home healthcare services. The buyer was the healthcare group EUC, which expanded its portfolio of healthcare services with the segment of home healthcare.
