Among the online courses offered on EPRAVO.CZ, it is now possible to order a video course, in which Petr Bříza will guide you through the practical aspects of closing cross-border contracts.
In the first part of the course you will learn what to consider when selecting a location and manner for resolving conflicts and what you should never forget when negotiating contracts with foreign partners. The second part of the video course focuses on the important problematics of guaranteeing a payment as part of a cross-border contract (including factoring, forfaiting, etc.), you will find out how to draw up related contracts and how to use certain INCOTERMS clauses.
