On 30 – 31 March, an international conference titled “Shareholders’ agreements and their implications for corporate governance" will be held in Smolenice (Slovakia).

Over 20 top speakers (both from academia and practice) will participate at the conference. Petr Bříza, partner of our law firm, is one of them, and will give a speech on choice of law in both shareholders’ agreements and share purchase agreements (not only in cross-border transactions).
