Bříza & Trubač welcomes new colleagues

Anna Kottasová, who specialises in financial regulation, has joined the firm as an attorney. Anna has extensive experience in licensing proceedings before the Czech National Bank, mainly for stockbrokers and payment institutions. In addition, she advises on setting up processes in the provision of financial services, data protection and compliance. Anna also handles tax litigation, where she assists clients in tax audits and subsequent court proceedings.

At the same time, we welcome Andrea Šťástková, who has joined the firm as an associate. Andrea brings experience in dispute resolution, private international law and contract law. She gained this knowledge during her studies at the Faculty of Law, Charles University, during her internship at the University of Helsinki, where she participated in the Willem C. Vis Moot Competition, as well as at the law firm Brodec & Partners.
