Bříza & Trubač at the IBA Mid-Year Leadership Meetings 2026

From 21–24 May 2026, Prague hosted the 2026 IBA Mid-Year Leadership Meetings, an international gathering that brought together representatives and members of the International Bar Association from around the world.

Partner Petr Bříza participated in a panel discussion on ethics in international arbitration. Alongside other speakers, he addressed issues fundamental to the credibility of arbitration proceedings, ranging from disclosure obligations and rules governing the representation of parties to broader subjects such as professional responsibility, diversity, and the differences between legal cultures.

Our firm also supported the event as a sponsor. Representatives from Bříza & Trubač attended the Mid-Year Meeting Reception at the National Museum, which provided an opportunity for IBA members and representatives to gather informally in the beautiful setting of the historic National Museum building.

We are pleased to have been part of a gathering that opened the floor for discussion on topics shaping the current legal profession, arbitration and legal practice in an international context.
