David Klimek is an Associate at Bříza & Trubač. His practice focuses on contract law, corporate law, transactions, and legal advisory services in the field of real estate. He is involved in the preparation of contractual documentation and advises clients on a broad range of commercial law matters. In addition to Czech, he provides legal services in English and Spanish. He has been a member of Bříza & Trubač since 2025, having joined the firm while still completing his legal studies. Prior to that, he gained professional experience at PRCHAL A PARTNER Law Office and the Law Office of JUDr. Tomáš Klimek, Ph.D.

Together with host Matěj Nešleha, he discussed the fine line between legal tax optimization and disguised employment (švarcsystém), the indicators of dependent work that tax authorities focus on, and why state enforcement alone cannot solve the issue.
