Bříza & Trubač at Family Business Week in Zlín

Marta Zavadilová spoke in a panel discussion on legal protection and relationships in family businesses. The final Family Business Week event of this year took place at the Baťa Villa in Zlín and offered an inspiring evening full of open conversations about values, relationships, and the challenges of family entrepreneurship.

Marta joined a panel dedicated to trust, clear rules, and legal safeguards in family firms. At the event she was accompanied by Ondřej Trubač and Barbora Paclíková, who both focus long-term on legal structures, family foundations, and intergenerational wealth transfer.

Family Business Week connects family companies, experts, and representatives of institutions who share their experience across industries and generations.
This year’s edition concluded the series of regional gatherings in a remarkable atmosphere captured by one guest’s words: “This meeting had a soul.”
