Bříza & Trubač supported the first ever Brno regional round of the European Law Moot Court Competition

Our law firm has a long-standing commitment to European law, and we were proud to support the first ever Brno regional round of the prestigious European Law Moot Court Competition (ELMC).

This prestigious competition, simulating a hearing before the Court of Justice of the European Union, was held at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in cooperation with the Supreme Administrative Court and the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic. Law students from across Europe had the opportunity to take on the roles of legal representatives and Advocates General, presenting their arguments in English and French before an international panel of judges.

Elite teams from leading European universities gathered in Brno, with the best among them now advancing to the global finals in Luxembourg.
