Divorce with an international element – online seminar with Markéta Polendová and Marta Zavadilová

Spouses from different countries, marriage abroad, children with dual citizenship. These are not the opening words of a novel, but the everyday reality that family law attorneys are increasingly encountering. What rules apply to divorce with an international element? Which court has jurisdiction? And how are foreign judgments recognized?

These and other questions will be addressed in the online seminar Divorce with an international element, which we are organizing in cooperation with EPRAVO.CZ, a.s.. Our lawyer Markéta Polendová and partner Marta Zavadilová will share their experience and practical knowledge, together with Zdeněk Kapitán from the Office for International Legal Protection of Children.
