Family law with a human face: Marta Zavadilová at Family Business Week

On Wednesday, 5 June 2025, we attended an inspiring conference called Family Business Week, which took place at Uhelný Mlýn in Libčice nad Vltavou. The aim of this event was to open a discussion on the challenges faced by family businesses, not only in business but also in personal relationships.

As part of this conference, our partner Marta Zavadilová led a workshop during which she offered practical insights into topics such as:

• inheritance and wills
• divorce and related property division
• intergenerational transfer of businesses and family assets.
