Marta Zavadilová lectured on selected issues of international family law to Slovak judges

In which jurisdiction and under which law can an “international” marriage be divorced? Or the situation of minors be determined? Marta Zavadilová lectured on these and other issues in the area of international family law and cross-border judicial cooperation to Slovak judges during a two-day seminar organized on 7 and 8 October by the Judicial Academy of the Slovak Republic in a great company of Zdeněk Kapitán, Director of the Office for International Legal Protection of Children and prof. Miroslav Slašťan from Comenius University in Bratislava.
