Ondřej Trubač and Patrik Koželuha at the Criminal Tax Law Conference

In cooperation with EPRAVO.CZ, a.s. and with the support of the Chamber of Tax Advisors of the Czech Republic, we organized the seventh Criminal Tax Law Conference. This annual event is a popular gathering of experts who together discuss the latest trends and challenges in the field of criminal tax law.

This year's event covered key topics such as current case law, the activities of the European Public Prosecutor's Office in the area of VAT fraud, and news regarding plea bargaining and punishment for legal entities. The panel discussion was held in a special extended format with the participation of top experts from practice and theory.

Ondřej Trubač chaired the whole conference and together with Patrik Koželuha presented an important case of our client, which had both tax and criminal aspects and involved the Constitutional Court in the criminal proceedings. The case, which we worked on for more than six years, was successfully concluded this autumn.
