Petr Bříza delivered a seminar on Rome I and Rome II regulations

On June 3rd a seminar for judges was held by the Judicial Academy and our firm’s partner, Petr Bříza. The seminar focused on the Rome I and Rome II EU Regulations, which determine the applicable law for contractual and non-contractual obligations. During the seminar the provisions which determine the applicable law were discussed along with the related case law of the EU Court of Justice and the Czech Supreme Court.
