Petr Bříza elected chairman of CZIPRA

Petr Bříza has been chairman of the Czech Institute for the Promotion and Revitalization of Arbitration (CZIPRA) since May.

CZIPRA brings together experts in arbitration and has long sought to promote the quality, credibility, and good reputation of arbitration in the Czech Republic. It focuses on both ad hoc and institutional arbitration, as well as domestic and international arbitration.

Arbitration is an important means of resolving complex commercial disputes, particularly those with an international element. That is precisely why, according to Petr Bříza, it is important to build a community of arbitrators who will bring honor to the arbitration process not only through their expertise but also through their approach to specific disputes in everyday practice.
