Petr Bříza lectured on international arbitration at the Summer School of International Business Law in Copenhagen.

Our law firm's partner, Petr Bříza, lectured at the second annual Summer School of International Business Law, held at the University of Copenhagen from June 18 to June 27. Together with René Cienciala, a partner at the law firm Urban & Hejduk, Petr Bříza led the course on international commercial arbitration from June 18 to June 20.

During their course, participants were introduced to the main phases of arbitration proceedings, the nuances of pre-arbitration communication with potential arbitrators, the implications of choosing the seat of arbitration, and the modern trends and developments in the field of international commercial arbitration. The course also included practical examples from practice and mock exercises.

The Summer School of International Business Law was organized within the prestigious 4EU+ European University Alliance.
