Petr Bříza, partner of our law firm, has been honoured to lead a full day seminar for judges, at Judicial Academy in Prague on March 7.
The main topic were conflict-of-laws rules in the area of contractual and non-contractual obligations, namely EU regulations Rome I and Rome II.
