Our firm was a partner of this year’s edition of the Top Women of Czechia conference, organized by Hospodářské noviny. The conference program featured discussions on entrepreneurship, leadership, and the personal experiences of women in business.

The program also included a panel discussion focused on the early stages of entrepreneurship, in which attorney Barbora Paclíková participated. In addition to sharing inspiring stories, the debate addressed practical issues that entrepreneurs face in the first years of their business.

One of the topics discussed was the protection of assets and financial relationships in business. In practice, this may involve, for example, adjusting the marital property regime or contractually setting up relationships between business partners. These steps can help prevent complicated situations in the future, such as personal changes or disputes between business partners.
