Mgr. Tomáš Hokr, LL.M.

Partner

Tomáš Hokr is a partner at Bříza & Trubač. His practice focuses on international commercial arbitration, litigation, European Union law, tax law and public procurement. He represents Czech and international clients in complex cross-border disputes, including arbitration proceedings conducted under the LCIA, ICC and DIS Rules. Drawing on his studies at Georgetown University Law Center and his active membership in international arbitration organisations, he has long specialised in international dispute resolution. He is also the author of professional publications on international arbitration and international commercial law. Before joining Bříza & Trubač, he worked at the US law firm Hendler Lyons Flores, PLLC in Austin, Texas, where he focused primarily on dispute resolution and represented clients before courts and out-of-court bodies.
