Mgr. David Línek

Attorney

David Línek is an attorney at Bříza & Trubač. He focuses on transactional advisory, commercial law, dispute resolution and competition law. He provides legal advice to Czech and international clients, particularly in matters involving cross-border elements and implications of EU law. Alongside his legal practice, he teaches at the Faculty of Law, Charles University, and is the author of a professional publication on competition law.

Before joining Bříza & Trubač, he worked as a paralegal and subsequently as an associate at Kocián Šolc Balaštík, where he focused on transactional advisory, competition law, dispute resolution and EU law. He also gained experience during a six-month placement at the Brussels-based law firm GERADIN PARTNERS, where he assisted in representing clients suspected of anti-competitive conduct before the European Commission.
