Mgr. Ing. Martina Pelikánová

Attorney

Martina Pelikánová is an attorney at Bříza & Trubač. Her practice focuses on corporate law, transactions, corporate transformations, contractual matters and tax disputes. She provides legal advice to Czech and international clients, particularly in connection with corporate restructurings, domestic and cross-border corporate transformations, acquisitions and legal due diligence. She regularly publishes professional articles on commercial law, cross-border corporate transformations and tax matters.

Before joining Bříza & Trubač, she worked at Giese & Partner, KPMG Legal and FINREG PARTNERS. She also completed a Legal Trek at KPMG’s Stuttgart office and a number of professional internships at Czech and international law firms.

In the area of corporate law, Martina has extensive experience not only in the establishment and administration of business companies, but also in complex corporate restructurings, domestic and cross-border corporate transformations, acquisitions, legal due diligence for both Czech and foreign clients, and tax disputes.
