Mgr. Roman Soldát

Associate

Roman Soldát is an Associate at Bříza & Trubač. His practice focuses on tax law, corporate law, and transactional advisory. He advises both Czech and international clients on a wide range of legal matters.

During his legal studies, he was actively engaged in academic work in the field of tax law and won a student research competition with a paper focusing on the burden of proof in tax proceedings. Prior to joining Bříza & Trubač, he gained experience at CMS and Craft Legal and also completed an internship in the Administrative Division of the Municipal Court in Prague.
