Petr Bříza and Tomáš Hokr for prestigious Kluwer Arbitration Blog

The industry leading Kluwer Arbitration Blog published a new article authored by Petr Bříza and Tomáš Hokr from our law firm in the Czech Republic.

The article deals with LCIA arbitration proceedings in London, where our Czech law firm acted as a counsel in an international dispute and discusses the issues raised in this particular case, namely the application of Rome I Regulation on the law applicable to contractual obligations, enforceability of contractual penalties and public order. Petr Bříza and Tomáš Hokr are thus the first Czech contributors to that blog, joing the company of arbitration superstars such as Gary Born, Laurent Lévy or Jan Paulsson who regulary contributes there.
