Petr Bříza lectures for judges on private international law

On January 28 and 29 the Judicial Academy of the Czech Republic holds seminar for judges on private international law in the Czech Republic.
The two-day event will cover not only the Czech act on private international law but also the EU regulations like Brussels I Regulation (and its recast), Rome I Regulation, Rome II Regulation, etc. Petr Bříza, partner of our law firm, is among the speakers, together with Supreme Court justice Pavel Simon and a lawyer of the Ministry of Justice Tomáš Břicháček. Petr and his co-speakers will talk about international contracts and cross-border litigation, recognition and enforcement of foreign decisions, arbitration, insolvency, succession or family law (all with cross-border element or implications).
