Review of Foreign Investments in the EU: Current Framework, Czech Practice, and Expected Changes
The European Union is striving to strike a better balance between openness to foreign capital and the protection of its strategic interests. In an article published on EPRAVO.CZ, our colleagues Tereza Heinrichová and Sára Tichá explain how the system for reviewing (in)direct foreign investments currently operates within the EU and the Czech Republic, and what changes are on the horizon.
