Kristián Hajduk is an associate at Bříza & Trubač. His practice focuses on transactions, corporate law and contract law. He assists with the preparation of contractual documentation and provides legal advice to companies in connection with their day-to-day operations and transactions. He helps clients address practical commercial law matters, with an emphasis on clear and effective solutions. Before joining Bříza & Trubač, he worked as a legal assistant and subsequently as an associate at BBH. During his studies, he also gained experience at OK LEGAL and the law office of JUDr. Tomáš Doležal.
