Mgr. Kristián Hajduk

Associate

Kristián Hajduk is an associate at the law firm Bříza & Trubač. His practice focuses on corporate law and transactions, contract law, insolvency law, and litigation. He assists in providing legal advice to both Czech and foreign clients across a wide range of commercial and insolvency matters. He helps clients address practical issues in commercial law with an emphasis on clear and practical solutions.

Before joining Bříza & Trubač, he worked as a paralegal and subsequently as a associate at BBH, advokátní kancelář, s.r.o., where he focused primarily on corporate law and transactions. While still a student, he gained practical experience at the law firm OK LEGAL and the law office of JUDr. Tomáš Doležal.
