David Klimek is an Associate at Bříza & Trubač. His practice focuses on contract law, corporate law, transactions, and legal advisory services in the field of real estate. He is involved in the preparation of contractual documentation and advises clients on a broad range of commercial law matters. In addition to Czech, he provides legal services in English and Spanish. He has been a member of Bříza & Trubač since 2025, having joined the firm while still completing his legal studies. Prior to that, he gained professional experience at PRCHAL A PARTNER Law Office and the Law Office of JUDr. Tomáš Klimek, Ph.D.

In his new book, Ondřej Málek examines the system of legal instruments through which Czech law seeks to combat VAT fraud – from the reverse charge mechanism and VAT control statements to criminal liability.
