Marta Zavadilová spoke at Family Business Week in Čeladná
Generational change in a company is not just a strategic decision, but a deeply personal moment as well. This was precisely the topic of the panel discussion at this year's Family Business Week in Čeladná, in which our partner Marta Zavadilová participated.
The discussion covered a variety of practical and personal issues, including the process of handing over the business, its impact on family relationships, the evolving relationship with employees, and the role of the founding generation after relinquishing leadership.
From a legal perspective, Marta primarily focused on prevention and the importance of establishing rules early on. In other words, she discussed how articles of association, shareholder agreements, wills and other legal instruments can help to prevent complicated situations and facilitate the intergenerational transfer of businesses and assets.
At Family Business Week, we have long valued the open sharing of experiences and practical insights from individuals dealing with similar situations in their own companies and families.
