JUDr. Radka Čihulková

Associate

Radka Čihulková is an associate at Bříza & Trubač. Her practice focuses on contract and corporate law, transactions and criminal law. She assists in providing legal advice to clients on a broad range of commercial and criminal law matters. Alongside her legal practice, she has long been engaged in academic publishing in the fields of criminal law and tax offences and regularly speaks at professional conferences.

She began developing her academic experience during her master’s studies at the Faculty of Law, Charles University, which she followed with doctoral studies at the Department of Criminal Law. Before joining Bříza & Trubač, she worked as a legal assistant at Randl Partners and eLegal and completed an internship at the District Court in Semily.
