Associate

David Klimek is an Associate at Bříza & Trubač. His practice focuses on contract law, corporate law, transactions, and legal advisory services in the field of real estate. He is involved in the preparation of contractual documentation and advises clients on a broad range of commercial law matters. In addition to Czech, he provides legal services in English and Spanish. He has been a member of Bříza & Trubač since 2025, having joined the firm while still completing his legal studies. Prior to that, he gained professional experience at PRCHAL A PARTNER Law Office and the Law Office of JUDr. Tomáš Klimek, Ph.D.

Great success for Charles University law school students in the CEEMC international competition

A team from the Faculty of Law at Charles University achieved remarkable success in the Central and Eastern European Moot Competition (CEEMC), an international competition focused on EU law that simulates proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union. We are pleased to have supported the team for the third consecutive year.
